Who are we?
Zicklin Women in Business (ZWIB) is a student-run professional organization at the Zicklin School of Business dedicated to empowering women to grow, lead, and thrive in their academic and professional journeys. Our mission is to support women in Zicklin’s business programs so they can become successful leaders in their chosen industries.
ZWIB offers leadership development, networking opportunities, industry panels, and career workshops designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world success. Serving on the ZWiB Board or Committees is a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills and build meaningful connections with peers, alumni, and industry professionals.
